Mr. B's Apiaries has several locations in Davidsonville and Gambrills, Maryland. Located in Anne Arundel County, the Apiaries are owned and operated by Beekeeper Joseph R. Brotherton. His Honeybees pollinate local crops for farmers while creating a delicious blend of floral honey. Mr. B specializes in Comb Honey and also offers fresh Extracted Honey for sale. Pollen and Propolis are collected and sold by request only.

Mr. B is also an expert Candlemaker. Specializing in beautiful handmade beeswax candles, he has set the standard in this field. Every candle is hand made with 100% pure beeswax. With over 40 detailed molds to choose from, the candles are not only beautiful but smell wonderful too.

Many of his creations have won local awards. Mr. B is a member of Maryland with Pride. He is also a member of the Maryland State and Anne Arundel County Beekeeper's Associations. He has been the Chairman of the Anne Arundel County Fair Honey Display since 1995.

Mr. B offers his products for sale on Saturdays from 7:00am - 11:30am, at the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market. The Market is located at the corner of Riva Road and Harry S. Truman Parkway in Annapolis. Beeswax candles are for sale from mid April Thru December. Honey is usually available in late June. Pollen and Propolis can be collected by request in April thru June.

Always available to discuss beekeeping, Mr. B especially enjoys speaking to school children about this wonderful hobby.
